International Office Support Specialist

As a highly skilled and experienced professional, you will have the opportunity to work as an International Office Support Manager at our Head Office (Basecamp). With a focus on providing exceptional customer service and administrative support, you will be responsible for ensuring all policy and procedural changes are communicated and supported to international offices.

The successful candidate will have strong relationships with Country Managers and Office Managers, assisting in rolling out best practices across all offices. You will provide research and planning support to the International Director for new and existing markets, attend regular Country Managers meetings, negotiate and maintain customer agreements and terms of condition, and proactively manage relationships and commercial agreements with distributors and commercial agents.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing daily activities management for customer orders, order input, communicating stock shortages & advising of new delivery dates.
  • Recording customer complaints and resolving issues to their satisfaction, identifying trends and implementing resolutions.
  • Managing office contact plans and supporting office requirements to the highest standards.
  • Working closely with logistics and carriers to ensure service levels are met and maintained.
  • Supporting the International Retail Merch team with store set up.
  • Maintaining up-to-date performance and development plans for all team members.
  • Managing attendance and performance in line with company policy.
