Job Title

An International Office Support Manager is required to provide a first-class service and administrative support to the international Offices.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the International Director with research and planning for new and existing markets.
  • Attend regular Country Managers meetings.
  • Negotiate and maintain customer agreements and T&Cs.
  • Proactively manage relationships and commercial agreements with distributors and commercial agents.
  • Prepare budgets and forecasts for non-EU customers and distributors.
  • Manage daily activities for customer orders, order input, communicating stock shortages & advising of new delivery dates.
  • Record and resolve customer complaints to their satisfaction.
  • Manage the office contact plan and support all offices to the highest standards.
  • Work closely with logistics and carriers to ensure service levels are met.
  • Support the International Retail Merch team with store set up.
  • Maintain up-to-date job descriptions for all employees.
  • Undertake ongoing performance management through employee engagement, ADRs, and 1-1 sessions.
  • Manage attendance and performance in line with company policy.
  • Prepare, maintain, and manage performance and development plans for all team members.
  • Ensure continuous service and cover holidays/absences.
  • Complete all daily business on time and promote a high level of customer service.
  • Develop the team in all required areas.
  • Reinforce and act as an ambassador for the company values.
Requirements
  • Computer literate with intermediate excel skills.
  • Dynamics 365 knowledge.
  • Good understanding and knowledge of systems integrations.
  • MI information and analysis skills.
  • Strong data input and data analysis abilities.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Ability to manage resources and workflow.

This role involves working closely with our International Director to support market research and planning, attending regular country managers' meetings, negotiating customer agreements, and managing daily activities for customer orders.
