Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced International Office Support Manager to join our Fashion Jobs team. As a key member of our office support team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our international offices, ensuring seamless communication and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to our international offices, including coordinating meetings, managing emails, and preparing reports.
  • Support the International Director with market research and planning, including analyzing data and presenting findings.
  • Negotiate and maintain customer agreements and T&Cs, ensuring smooth relationships with suppliers and customers.
  • Manage daily activities for customer orders, including communicating stock shortages and advising on new delivery dates.
  • Record and resolve customer complaints to their satisfaction, ensuring high-quality customer service.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Intermediate excel skills, with experience using Dynamics 365 and other software applications.
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including profit share bonus, future-proof pension, exclusive discounts, and more.
