About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electronics Engineering Director to join our team at Green Talent Network. As a key member of our engineering consultancy, you will play a crucial role in delivering complex design and delivery of electrified propulsion systems within various sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver embedded power electronics solutions for a wide range of applications, from clean sheet to fully validated, production-ready hardware.
  • Lead technical training and mentoring of colleagues and customer engineers, promoting a culture of professional development and growth.
  • Manage multi-person, cross-functional projects to achieve budgeted margin and maintain excellent relationships with customers, while mitigating technical and commercial risks.
  • Collaborate with global customers and suppliers to drive project success and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
Requirements
  • Excellent knowledge of power electronics and magnetics technology.
  • Experience in full lifecycle design, validation testing, and volume production.
  • Strong knowledge of high voltage systems, gate drivers, and device protection.
  • Good knowledge of EMC and familiarity with major standards relating to electrical and functional safety, EMC, and OEM.
  • Strong expertise in thermal simulation and management for power electronics and electromagnetic systems.
