About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our Adult Enablement Unit team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with mental health issues and learning disabilities to live more independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee a wonderful staff team and provide practical and emotional support to adults with various mental health conditions.
  • Manage individuals with complex needs, including personality disorders, learning disabilities, and psychosis.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to promote independence and well-being.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Conduct regular quality assurance audits and spot checks to maintain high standards of care.
Requirements
  • NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care L3 or above, with a willingness to work towards a Level 4.
  • Broad experience in managing individuals with complex needs, including personality disorders.
  • Passion and motivation to deliver quality care, with a strong commitment to equality and diversity.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
