The Human Resources department is responsible for developing Global Banking and Investment Solutions' attractiveness as an employer, addressing challenges in managerial culture, performance management, and people engagement, and supporting strategy and transformation by accompanying teams and working on their employability.

Key Responsibilities
The HR PMO will assist in defining and maintaining standards of project management and process within the HR department. Key responsibilities include:
  1. Leading multiple projects across the Human Resources department of various sizes and complexity.
  2. Analysing existing Human Resources processes, identifying gaps, and leading resolution projects.
  3. Supporting strategic lead projects such as M&A activities.
  4. Delivering projects directly or via the extended Human Resources team, including stakeholder identification, workstream coordination, and contributor management.
  5. Managing all project aspects, including planning, analysis, budget, scope, schedule, risk, and resource management.
  6. Working closely with project sponsors to develop detailed project plans and associated communication documents.
  7. Managing day-to-day operational aspects of the project and project deliverables in line with the project plan.
  8. Measuring, monitoring, and reporting on project/transition activities, milestones, dependencies, status, KPIs, and issues/risks.
  9. Gathering and interpreting data to make recommendations to project sponsors.
  10. Facilitating the monitoring and reporting of projects to the UK HUMN Executive committee and key stakeholders.
  11. Providing guidance on project management disciplines and approaches, serving as a reference point for managers and teams.
  12. Engaging with clients to anticipate needs and development requirements for upcoming projects.
  13. Developing relationships vital to the success of the project(s) with UK HUMN team, local PM teams, and Global Project counterparts.
