About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to support research projects. A strong background in molecular biology, genetics, genomics, and Next Generation Sequencing is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute experiments to collect high-quality biological data, following established protocols and guidelines.
  • Analyze and interpret data, identifying trends and patterns, and presenting findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies, improving research outcomes and efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and methodologies, applying new techniques to enhance research capabilities.
  • Communicate complex scientific concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders, providing clear recommendations and insights.

What We Offer

We offer an estimated salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus benefits that include comprehensive health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a research setting, preferably with expertise in Next Generation Sequencing and bioinformatics.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in programming languages, such as R or Python, and familiarity with bioinformatics tools and databases.
