Responsibilities and Expectations
* Deliver mail and packages to customers within your designated area, prioritizing their needs and satisfaction.
* Develop strong relationships with customers, listening to their concerns and providing solutions to issues that arise during deliveries.
* Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with customers and colleagues, upholding the values of Royal Mail Group.

Requirements and Working Conditions
* Work 30 hours per week across five days, with rotating days off, ensuring flexibility and work-life balance.
* Monday to Saturday: 8:00-14:30 and 13:30-19:30.
* Sunday: 10:00-18:00.
* Hold a valid full UK manual driving licence with no more than six penalty points, facilitating safe and efficient deliveries.
