We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Community Mail Delivery Representative to join our team at Royal Mail. As a key member of our delivery network, you will be responsible for delivering mail to local communities, interacting with customers and small businesses.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, making billions of deliveries annually in all weather conditions. You will have the chance to develop strong relationships with our customers and contribute to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • • Deliver mail to local communities, providing excellent customer service and building trust with our clients.
    • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery operations, maintaining a strong sense of community and pride in work.
    • Utilize a full UK manual driving license, with no more than 6 penalty points, to operate our vehicles safely and efficiently.

Benefits:
You will enjoy a competitive salary of £12.54/hour, paid monthly, plus overtime paid at 1.25 x normal hourly rate. Additionally, you will receive 22.5 days holiday, rising with length of service, pro-rata, and access to a company pension scheme.
