Sales Account Representative

We are seeking an accomplished Sales Account Representative to join our team in Brentwood, United Kingdom. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to grow existing client relationships, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss their needs, provide solutions, and ensure complete satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Monitor and analyze client satisfaction and account performance, using data to inform decision-making.
- Negotiate contracts and renewals with clients to maximize revenue potential.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market insights to inform client strategies and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Account Representative or similar role.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Able to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach, always striving for excellence.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (desired).
