We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Business Development Professional to join our team at Catalyst Incorporated.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities.
This role is ideal for a motivated individual who can think creatively, work independently, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to drive sales growth.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in business development or sales.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and software.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
