About the Role:
Fitzwilliam Hospital, a leading independent hospital in Cambridgeshire, is seeking a highly motivated Sister/Charge Nurse to join our Pre-Operative Assessment team. As a key member of our clinical team, you will provide individualized patient care and work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients undergoing pre-operative assessments
- Work effectively within a close-knit multidisciplinary team to achieve high-quality, evidence-based patient care
- Participate in team building and contribute to the development of innovative solutions to improve patient care
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery and patient satisfaction
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, relatives, and colleagues
Requirements:
- Registered with the NMC
- Registered nursing qualification or equivalent
- Recent post-qualification surgical experience
- Experience of a team approach to care delivery
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business
- Demonstrated Customer Service skills
- Demonstrated Computer Skills
