Job Title: Strategic Land Development Manager

The role of the Strategic Land Development Manager is a crucial one, as it involves identifying, negotiating, and acquiring strategic residential sites. This requires a deep understanding of national and local planning policy, as well as the ability to monitor opportunities and develop a portfolio of potential sites.

About the Role:
  • Closely monitor national and local planning policy to identify windows of opportunity for site acquisition.
  • Conduct thorough planning and viability appraisals to assess the suitability of identified sites.
  • Negotiate with landowners and agents to secure options and promotions.
  • Prepare and submit planning applications to achieve Local Plan allocations or planning permissions.
Requirements:
  • RICS or RTPI qualification.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Experience in high-volume housebuilding, planning consultancy, or land agency.
  • Strong understanding of national and local planning policy.
Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a car allowance, optional salary sacrifice car scheme, and access to our contributory pension scheme.
