We are seeking a seasoned Technical & Infrastructure Manager to lead the engineering aspects of strategic land projects from inception through to delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the technical aspects of projects, ensuring infrastructure needs are assessed and budgets are met.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of projects, from land acquisition through to detailed planning.
  • Liaise with contracts, technical, and project managers to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with pre-construction teams to identify value-added opportunities in planning and design.
  • Maintain the highest standards of quality and compliance throughout project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent in a related field (e.g. Civil Engineering, Construction Management) and chartered membership of a professional body.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects, ideally within strategic land development.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
