Senior Systems Development Officer

About the Role:

The Rugby Borough Council is seeking a skilled Senior Systems Development Officer to join their team. This role will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of various organisational systems to support efficient business operations and strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills and experience in system design, implementation, and deployment. They will also have strong leadership and collaboration skills to work with internal stakeholders and ensure software and hardware solutions align with organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading the development and deployment of system solutions to meet business requirements
  • Ensuring the integration and optimisation of software applications
  • Leading technical development and support for systems-related issues
  • Driving innovation in system design and implementation to support future growth
