Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Shift Leader to join our team at One Stop. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the team to deliver a seamless shopping experience for customers.
  • Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure a safe and secure environment.
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and maintain store standards, including cleanliness and presentation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales and customer satisfaction, and implement initiatives to achieve these goals.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and develop strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Manage stock levels, including ordering and receiving stock, to ensure the store is fully stocked and merchandised.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers to build a positive and supportive community.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
