Shift Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Shift Leader to join our team at One Stop. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the team to deliver a seamless shopping experience for customers.
- Ensure the store is always clean, tidy, and well-presented.
- Monitor and manage stock levels to meet customer demand.
- Proactively manage queues and provide excellent customer service.
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and improving store performance.
- Develop and implement effective operational procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to plan and execute store events and promotions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
