Role Summary

The Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Team Leader to join our Orthopaedic Service. As a Clinical Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing clinical and managerial leadership to the nursing and multi-professional team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing clinical leadership and expertise to the team
  • Liaising with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Reviewing clinical records and evaluating the effectiveness of care planning and delivery
  • Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient outcomes
