About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Orthopaedic Practitioner to lead our Fracture Clinic team at the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient-centered care, coordinating education and training requirements, and managing the day-to-day running of the department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of high-quality patient-centered care within the Plaster room
  • Coordinate education and training requirements within the department and Trust
  • Manage the day-to-day running of the department with support from the Clinical Nurse Manager

Requirements

  • Extensive casting/clinical skills
  • Leadership experience or completion of a leadership programme
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in conflict resolution
