Senior Orthopaedic Practitioner

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Orthopaedic Practitioner to join our team at the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Fracture Clinic team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality patient-centred care within the Plaster Room.
Key responsibilities will include coordinating education and training requirements within the department, managing the day-to-day running of the department, and ensuring that all Trust policies and procedures are upheld. You will also be responsible for monitoring standards within the department in line with Trust requirements.
As a Senior Orthopaedic Practitioner, you will have extensive casting and clinical skills, and will be able to lead by example, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience in conflict resolution.
Working Pattern: This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will be required to work flexibly to meet the needs of the department.
