About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our team at Nuffield Health Exeter Hospital. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, effective clinical care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based clinical care to patients with a wide range of post-operative cases.
  • Work within a multidisciplinary team to optimise patient health and recovery.
  • Ensure ongoing monitoring of treatment standards and participate in clinical audit and quality assurance processes.
  • Be compliant with professional, clinical, and integrated governance standards.
Requirements
  • BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent.
  • Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).
  • Minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience in inpatient ward settings with high-level orthopaedic knowledge.
  • Confident communicator with ability to engage with patients, public, and healthcare professionals.
  • Competent IT user with strong organisation skills.
