About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our team in Exeter Hospital. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, effective clinical care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based clinical care to patients with orthopaedic and general surgery conditions.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to optimise patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement individualised treatment plans to meet the needs of patients.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
  • Participate in clinical audit and quality assurance processes to ensure the highest standards of care.

Requirements

  • BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent.
  • Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).
  • Minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience in an inpatient ward setting.
  • High level of orthopaedic knowledge and experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
