About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team at Making Space, a leading provider of supported living services. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centered support to adults with mental health diagnoses, learning disabilities, and other complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to a dedicated team of support workers, ensuring values-based support is delivered to the highest standards.
  • Support adults with various conditions, including mental health, learning disabilities, and physical conditions, on a person-centered basis.
  • Administer medication, assist with daily living tasks, and follow care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for our service users.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Support Worker, with a strong understanding of values-based support and person-centered care.
  • Ability to work in a complex setting, with a focus on mental health support.
