Job Description

The role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of the Lettings division in Chelsea as a Client Accounts Coordinator. Key responsibilities include supporting the Lettings team in activating renewals and new tenancies, checking and approving landlord statements, sending statements when requested, and managing financial queries and credit control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Lettings team in activating renewals and new tenancies
  • Check and approve landlord statements
  • Send statements when requested
  • Manage financial queries and credit control

Requirements:

  • Some experience in a lettings administration role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer-focused with commitment to maintaining excellent service standards
  • Organised and systematic, able to prioritise workloads
