Job Title: Lettings Sales Coordinator

Job Description:

Dove and Hawk, a leading property recruitment agency, is seeking an experienced Lettings Sales Coordinator to join our team. As a Lettings Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, conducting property valuations, and negotiating the best acquisition deals on behalf of our clients. You will work closely with our sales team to ensure a streamlined sales process and contribute to the efficient operation of our business.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Consistently generate high-quality leads through known client/landlord/agent contacts and other lead generation sources.
  • Property Valuations: Conduct valuations in line with market trends and negotiate the best acquisition deals on behalf of our clients.
  • Appraisals/Viewings: Attend client meetings to view new properties and assess their suitability for our clients.
  • Property Condition Reports: Produce detailed property condition reports following each viewing, ensuring the property meets minimum standards and outlines required works.
  • Guaranteed Rent Agreements: Prepare and send out GRAs, ensuring legal compliance and accuracy of lease documentation.
  • End-to-End Sales Process: Contribute to the efficient operation and output of the E2E sales process to ensure a streamlined journey for our clients.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with landlords, property owners, and agents. Serve as the primary point of contact, address inquiries, provide updates, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments or teams within the organization to ensure seamless operations and service delivery.
  • Legal Compliance: Stay updated with changes in property laws, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and handle any legal issues that arise during tenancy.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Time management skills.
  • 6+ months experience in either sales or lettings.
  • Full UK driving license and own vehicle.

Salary budgets: £20,000 - £25,000 basic salary, £35,000 - £40,000 OTE (uncapped) + car allowance £4,500 pa
