Residential Sales & Lettings Agent

Location: East and North London

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm (flexible working available)

Salary: Competitive, with car allowance or company vehicle

We are seeking a dynamic and organised individual to join our team as a Residential Sales & Lettings Agent. The successful candidate will be responsible for bringing new properties to market, assisting in all stages of the sales and lettings process, and providing exceptional client service.

About the Role:

As a Residential Sales & Lettings Agent, you will work directly with vendors and landlords, coordinating viewings, negotiating deals, and managing the smooth progression of sales and lettings.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualify potential buyers and tenants in accordance with company standards

Schedule and conduct viewings, showcasing properties to prospective clients

Organise your diary to maximise productivity and achieve high success rates in both sales and lettings

Act as the intermediary between landlords/vendors and potential clients, negotiating favourable deals

Assist clients through the referencing process and ensure a seamless handover at the start of their tenancy

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

Professionalism and ability to represent the company in a positive manner

Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients

Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

Previous experience in estate agency or lettings is an advantage, but not required
