Job Title: Residential Sales Representative

Lutron Electronics Co., Inc is seeking a highly motivated and organized Residential Sales Representative to join our UK Residential Sales Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing residential system accounts, and creating demand for our products in the luxury residential market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth to meet or exceed business plan targets.
  • Manage residential system accounts, including day-to-day account management and creating demand for our products.
  • Develop and execute strategies to close projects and increase Lutron market share within your territory.
  • Prepare and present customer and influencer sales trainings, including CPDs and new product launches.
  • Work closely with the Residential Sales team and other Lutron sales teams in the UK.
  • Keep accurate account information and sales records in CRM tool.
  • Manage administration in a timely manner, including sales expenses, sales forecasts, and call reports.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the lighting, custom AV, or related industry.
  • Minimum 4 years of proven sales track record with experience in account management and business development.
  • Bachelor's degree is optional.
  • Hold a full UK driving license.
  • Ability to instigate and foster B2B relationships and help customers build their business through consultative selling.
  • Proficiency in IT skills and CRM.
