Residential Sales Representative

Job Summary
Lutron Electronics Co., Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and organized Residential Sales Representative to join our UK Residential Sales Team. This role will focus on driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the luxury residential market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed business plan targets.
- Manage a portfolio of Residential System Accounts (Dealers) to drive sales growth and increase market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including introducing Lutron products to new specifiers, influencers, and decision makers.
- Collaborate with the Residential Sales team and other Lutron sales teams to achieve sales goals.
- Maintain accurate sales records and account information in CRM tool (Salesforce).
- Manage sales expenses, forecasts, and call reports in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the lighting, custom AV, or related industry.
- Proven sales track record with experience in account management and business development.
- Bachelor's degree is optional.
- Full UK driving license.
- Ability to build and maintain strong B2B relationships and provide consultative selling.
- Proficiency in IT skills and CRM.
