Job Title: Weekend Viewings Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Weekend Viewings Specialist to join our residential sales team in branch in Hayling Island. As a Weekend Viewings Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting in maximising the overall income and profitability of your branch, meeting personal targets set and agreed with your Manager, and carrying out viewings in a professional and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maximising the overall income and profitability of your branch
  • Meet personal targets set and agreed with your Manager
  • Carry out viewings in a professional and efficient manner
  • Diary management
  • Local knowledge of surrounding areas

Requirements:

  • Customer service or sales experience
  • Capable of generating new business
  • Resilient, positive, and friendly attitude
  • Highly motivated individual
  • Excellent time management
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Full UK Driving License and own vehicle
