Head of Paraplanning Job Description

This leading Private Banking organisation is currently seeking a highly experienced Paraplanning professional to join their team as a Head of Paraplanning. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of paraplanners and providing strategic guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality paraplanning services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paraplanning, with experience in managing a team and providing leadership and guidance to ensure the delivery of projects and tasks. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.

The role will involve working closely with the management team to develop and implement paraplanning strategies, as well as providing input into the development of business plans and budgets. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring that all paraplanning services are delivered to the highest standard, and that the team is equipped with the necessary skills and resources to meet the demands of the business.

The salary for this role is £70,000, depending on experience and qualifications, plus bonus and benefits. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly experienced paraplanning professional to join a leading Private Banking organisation and take on a senior leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of paraplanners and provide strategic guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality paraplanning services.
  • Develop and implement paraplanning strategies in conjunction with the management team.
  • Provide input into the development of business plans and budgets.
  • Ensure that all paraplanning services are delivered to the highest standard.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure that the team has the necessary skills and resources to meet the demands of the business.
