Head of Paraplanning Job Description

This leading Private Banking organisation is currently seeking a highly experienced Paraplanning professional to lead their Paraplanning team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Financial Services, with experience in managing a Sales Support or Paraplanning team. They will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a working knowledge of investments.

The role will be suitable for someone who has a background as a high-level paraplanner within the Financial Services industry, either working for an IFA or Wealth Manager. The successful candidate will have managed staff and have a proven track record of working to deadlines, prioritising workload, and providing a high level of service at all times.

To be successful, the candidate will be minimum Diploma qualified with the intention to achieve Chartered status soon. Salary £70,000 depending on experience and qualifications plus bonus and benefits. This is an excellent opportunity as the career prospects are first class.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Paraplanning team to deliver high-quality results
  • Manage staff and provide guidance and support
  • Work closely with the Operational Manager to achieve business objectives
  • Attend meetings and contribute to business decisions
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:
