Paraplanning Team Lead

About the Role:
Blakemore Recruitment is seeking a highly experienced Paraplanning Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of paraplanners and providing strategic guidance to support the growth and success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of paraplanners to achieve business objectives and deliver high-quality results
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve team performance and productivity
- Collaborate with senior management to identify business opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them
- Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Manage and prioritize workload to meet deadlines and deliver results
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma qualified with a strong background in financial services
- Proven experience in managing a team of paraplanners or sales support staff
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
What We Offer:
