Receptionist Opportunity at Farncombe Estate

We are seeking a warm and welcoming Reception Host to join our team at the multi-award winning Dormy House Hotel, part of the Farncombe Estate. This role operates at the heart of a busy operation, where you'll handle various requests from colleagues and guests in our stunning setting on the Farncombe Estate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests and ensure their experience with us is seamless and above expectations.
  • Assist throughout their stay, providing support and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Work 40 hours per week on a permanent contract, with shifts including evenings and weekends.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.

  • An excellent rate of pay of £12.40 per hour, plus service charge (around £2,500 per year).

Requirements:

  • A full UK driving license, as assisting guests using Estate vehicles may be part of the role.
