Receptionist - The Lygon Arms Hotel

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team at The Lygon Arms Hotel in Broadway, Worcestershire. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for ensuring that every guest leaves happy.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional guest service and ensure that every guest leaves happy
  • Be intuitive and constantly seek out opportunities to go above and beyond for our guests
  • Have expert knowledge of our hotel amenities and create opportunities to keep yourself up to date with our latest services to drive sales
  • Work well as part of a team, treating others like family and proactively seek out ways to lend a hand
