About the Role

A multifaceted position, this role provides support to the sites Facilities Managers in the delivery of day-to-day Facilities Management (FM) services. Working as part of a team and on their own initiative, the post holder will work to provide an excellent level of customer service for the client and assist in all aspects of delivering high-quality FM services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting to the Facilities Manager
  • Provide effective and efficient administrative compliance support for the contract
  • Identify client requirements through email and work order requests
  • Raise and manage to completion PPM and reactive work orders in the Corrigo System to deliver KPIs - Training Provided
  • Produce quotations, chase approvals, and arrange for work to be carried out via raising purchase orders to subcontractors and arranging for access to the site
  • Prepare reports and documents as required and maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Work alongside the management team to provide support as required on the contract
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role providing effective administration support
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Able to work as both part of a team and autonomously
  • Good IT skills - Working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Office 365, Outlook etc.
  • Understanding or working knowledge of statutory and non-statutory maintenance tasks
  • Ability to multitask in a busy work environment
  • Ability to identify, interrogate, and resolve problems
  • Able to work using your own initiative and with a degree of independence
  • Applicants with transferable skills in Customer Service/Hospitality experience welcome
