Postgraduate Programme Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Postgraduate Professional Services Team as a Postgraduate Programme Administrator. This is a permanent contract.

As a Postgraduate Programme Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the planning, coordination, and delivery of our postgraduate courses in the School of Medicine. You will be responsible for undertaking fundamental administrative duties, including maintaining student records and systems, updating standard operating procedures, and responding to enquiries and programme-related queries.

Based in Ninewells Hospital, one of Europe's largest teaching hospitals, the School of Medicine provides outstanding medical education and training supported by world-class research facilities.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative tasks supporting the complete academic journey
  • Responding to, and resolving enquiries and programme-related queries
  • Maintenance of student records and systems in line with Learning and Teaching and Quality Academic Standards
  • Updating and maintaining standard operating procedures
What We're Looking For
  • An administrative qualification or administrative experience
  • IT skills with knowledge and experience using Microsoft packages
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to process and collate information accurately
  • A self-motivated, proactive team player who can also work on their own initiative
  • Good organisational skills with an ability to be flexible to new and changing demands
