Key Requirements:

Proven experience as a Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director, or senior executive within a high-growth, private equity-backed business, ideally in eCommerce or retail.
Deep expertise in international market expansion and scaling businesses across multiple regions.
Strong understanding of omnichannel strategy, including DTC, marketplace, and retail growth.
Track record of building and leading new teams to support strategic change and business scalability.
Excellent financial acumen, with experience managing P&L, budgets, and financial reporting.
Strong operational and infrastructure development skills, with experience in setting up scalable processes for a growing business.
Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a focus on driving change and innovation.
