What We Offer:
As a Care Assistant with Bluebird Care, you can expect a competitive hourly rate, starting from £13.00ph up to £13.80ph, plus 30p mileage allowance and £11.44 per hour travel time. You will also receive enhanced rates on Bank holidays, 28 days holiday pro rata, and access to our pension scheme, employee assistance scheme, and refer a friend schemes. We also offer full training induction and ongoing support to help you grow in your role.
