Job Description

As a Personal Care Worker with Nurseplus UK Ltd, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients. We are looking for individuals who share our commitment to delivering high-quality care and support.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes. This may involve assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting, as well as preparing and serving meals and snacks.

You will work closely with clients and their families to understand their individual needs and preferences. This includes developing and implementing personalized care plans, which take into account the client's medical history, lifestyle, and cultural background.

Key skills and qualifications required include:

  • Degree in Health and Social Care or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Valid DBS check
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively

Estimated salary: £15.50 - £22.25 per hour.
