Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Systems Analyst to join our Service Delivery Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the improvement of our business efficiency through analysis of internal processes and alignment with Microsoft Dynamics and associated tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support and administration for MS Dynamics 365 and other business systems
  • Ensure the integrity of our business data
  • Develop and implement management reporting using CRM dashboards and Power BI
  • Participate in user acceptance testing, user training, and development of associated training materials

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience as a Systems Analyst with a focus on process optimization
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and ability to implement small changes
  • Proficiency in creating reports using Power BI, Dashboards, Advanced Find & Report Builder (SSRS)
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including project management and software development
  • Ability to identify and implement process improvements
  • Experience in digital transformation change management
  • Knowledge of Union Street aBILLity, Hubspot is desirable
