Job Summary

Opus Technology is seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Systems Analyst to join our Service Delivery Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the improvement of our business efficiency through analysis of internal processes and alignment with Microsoft Dynamics capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support and administration for MS Dynamics 365 and other business systems
  • Ensure the integrity of our business data
  • Develop and manage management reporting using CRM dashboards and Power BI
  • Participate in user acceptance testing, user training, and development of associated training materials

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience as a Systems Analyst with a focus on process optimization
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and ability to implement small changes
  • Proficiency in creating reports using Power BI, Dashboards, Advanced Find & Report Builder (SSRS)
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including project management and software development
  • Ability to identify and implement process improvements
  • Experience in digital transformation change management
  • Knowledge of Union Street aBILLity, Hubspot is a plus
