Job Description

Opus Technology is seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Systems Administrator to join our Service Delivery Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the improvement of our business efficiency by providing day-to-day support and administration for MS Dynamics 365 and our other business systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the integrity of our business data by implementing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Develop and maintain reports using Power BI, Dashboards, Advanced Find & Report Builder (SSRS) to provide insights and support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Project Management and Software Development, to identify and implement process improvements and process optimization.
  • Support digital transformation change management initiatives and contribute to the development of associated training materials.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 features and best practices to ensure our systems are optimized and efficient.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, with a proven track record of implementing small changes and customizations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to create reports using Power BI and other tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in process improvement and optimization, with a focus on digital transformation.
  • Desirable: knowledge of Union Street aBILLity, Hubspot.
