About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at Page Personnel Finance. As an Accountant based in our Reigate, Surrey office, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health and stability of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to the Managing Director and parent company, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
  • Compliance: Ensure that our company complies with all relevant local laws and regulations, including tax and VAT requirements.
  • Financial Planning: Develop and implement financial plans to achieve business objectives, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Financial Systems: Manage and maintain our financial systems, including accounting software and spreadsheets.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including management and the board of directors.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of statutory accounting, legal and tax requirements, as well as general bookkeeping skills and knowledge of balance account reconciliations.
  • Skills: Strong Excel skills, financial systems experience, and the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications in accounting or a related field.
