The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for improving Opus’ business efficiency through analysis of internal processes, definition of requirements and their translation into solutions and automation, supported by the optimal use and development of our suite of business systems, centred around Microsoft Dynamics 365.


You will also be responsible for:


  • Holding 3rd party developers & support providers to account with regular service review meetings, invoice approval and cost control, incident and fault resolution meeting agreed SLAs
  • Managing the Business Systems / ERP Change Board and associated processes with regular Change Board meetings taking place at optimal frequency with actions and decisions recorded and fed into development sprints
  • Managing requirements gathering, scoping, design, development, implementation, and training of all medium to large Business Systems / ERP feature change requests
  • Coordinating development sprints, user acceptance testing and release
  • Producing appropriate documentation (user guides, best practice guidelines etc) and manage all associated processes
  • Empowering groups of super users to take responsibility for routine BAU tasks (data imports / quick reports / cleansing / permissions)
  • Producing monthly business system status and RAG reports
  • Tracking effort allowing for accurate costing and resource planning


Salary c£55,000

25 Days Holiday + 8 Bank Holidays

Hybrid working (2 days a week in Reigate)

Who are we looking for?


We are seeking a logical problem solver with:


  • 5 years as a Business Systems Analyst with experience in process optimisation
  • High exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and ability to implement small changes and Dynamics CRM Administration (creation of views, workflows, permissions, data imports)
  • The ability to create reports using Power BI, Dashboards, Advanced Find & Report Builder (SSRS)
  • Experience working with cross functional teams including Project management and software development
  • Used to chairing meetings involving senior management
  • External and Internal Stakeholder Management
  • The ability to identify and implement process improvements
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Any knowledge of Union Street aBILLity, Hubspot, is desirable
