Main Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Clinical Audit Activity: Collaborate with services and the quality governance team to embed service improvements and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Administration of Clinical Guidelines: Develop, implement, and maintain clinical guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in patient care.
  • Project Management: Proactively work with healthcare professionals to develop and implement clinical audit projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective outcomes.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Implement monitoring systems to ensure timely responses to actions and provide regular reports to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree-level education or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in clinical audit, compliance, and governance, with a proven track record of delivering results under pressure.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to develop and manipulate information in databases and spreadsheets.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office software, with experience in using databases and spreadsheets.
