Job Overview
Citi is seeking a Senior Vice President and Vice President to lead our Global Reconciliation Utility (GRU) team. This senior management level position will be responsible for driving applications systems analysis and programming activities, as well as managing multiple teams of technical professionals.

Salary and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this role is $200,000-$250,000, depending on experience. Additionally, employees can expect a competitive bonus structure, private medical care, life insurance, and access to an array of learning and development resources. Key Responsibilities
Manage global technology teams, overseeing the development of reconciliations and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Utilize in-depth knowledge of concepts and procedures within the Applications Development function to resolve complex issues. Provide strategic influence and exercise control over resources, budget management, and planning. Ensure essential procedures are followed and contribute to defining standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Relevant experience in an Applications Development Management position, with a focus on Market Operations and reconciliation development. Strong understanding of industry practices and standards, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, with a Master's degree beneficial but not essential.
