Account Management Specialist

About the Role
ASKE Consulting is seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead the day-to-day account management of a portfolio of strategic accounts. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the fleet management industry and be able to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to identify new business opportunities and improve customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality services and meet customer needs.
- Monitor and evaluate performance regularly to ensure effective monitoring and evaluation of results.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in account management roles for a provider of B2B services, preferably in fleet management solutions.
- Proven record of accomplishment in building long-term relationships, account retention, and account growth.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £55,000-£60,000, with an uncapped bonus scheme delivering circa £10-15,000 at target level. Additionally, they will be entitled to a choice of car or car allowance, pension, and healthcare benefits.
