About the Role

ASKE Consulting is seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead the day-to-day account management of a portfolio of strategic accounts. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the fleet management industry and be able to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to identify new business opportunities and improve customer satisfaction.
  2. Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality services and meet customer needs.
  3. Monitor and evaluate performance regularly to ensure effective monitoring and evaluation of results.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in account management roles for a provider of B2B services, preferably in fleet management solutions.
  • Proven record of accomplishment in building long-term relationships, account retention, and account growth.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What We Offer

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £55,000-£60,000, with an uncapped bonus scheme delivering circa £10-15,000 at target level. Additionally, they will be entitled to a choice of car or car allowance, pension, and healthcare benefits.
