FIELD BASED LOCATION

The role is field based, with a combination of virtual meetings and on-site meetings at customer and company offices/sites.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Leading the day-to-day account management of a portfolio of accounts, focusing on service delivery and extension selling.
  2. Managing all aspects of commercial client relationships and delivery across all services provided.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

Great performance in the role will require a comprehensive skillset and demonstration of skills and experience to deliver:

Integration of new services being provided to customers, from customer sign-off to deployment.Creating, maintaining, and reporting on development plans for the customer portfolio, identifying areas of potential growth and threats to account loss.Management of all volume/financial/service KPIs.

REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. A minimum of 3 years' experience in account management roles for a provider of B2B services, such as vehicle fleet management solutions, vehicle fleet contract hire/leasing, rental, accident management, facilities management, or other B2B services.
  2. Client-driven with a proven record of accomplishment in building long-term relationships, account retention, and account growth.
  3. Proven ability to manage multiple complex, inter-related group services to clients of significant size.
  4. Ability to anticipate and spot client issues or service delivery problems as they arise.
  5. Proven record of operating as part of a team to deliver excellent client service, while demonstrating the capability to work independently.

REWARD PACKAGE

The successful candidate can expect a salary in the range of £55-60k, an uncapped bonus scheme delivering circa £10-15k at target level, choice of car or car allowance, pension, and healthcare.
