Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at ASKE Consulting. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction within a portfolio of strategic accounts.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality services and meet customer needs.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in business development or account management roles for a provider of B2B services, preferably in fleet management solutions.
  • Proven record of accomplishment in building long-term relationships, account retention, and account growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £55,000-£60,000, with an uncapped bonus scheme delivering circa £10-15,000 at target level. Additionally, they will be entitled to a choice of car or car allowance, pension, and healthcare benefits.
