Program Management Office Analyst

At Methods, we're looking for a skilled Program Management Office Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our PMO team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Programme Manager and Programme steering group in delivering our programme objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed schedules and plans to track the status of workstream deliverables and milestones.
- Support the adoption of workstream lifecycle and deliverables, programme level risk and issue coordination, and monitoring the status of workstreams transitioning into normal service.
- Coordinate regular workstream and programme level reporting cycles and workstream Governance arrangements, including Post Workstream Reviews.
- Assist the Programme Manager in defining and updating workstream management processes, standards, and governance, as well as contributing to Quality and Gateway Reviews.

- Strong understanding of programme management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
